How do I switch from Airbnb syncing via iCalendar to Airbnb integration?

If you are now syncing Airbnb with BedBooking via iCalendar, we recommend that you switch to native Airbnb integration.

Thanks to this, the import and export of reservations will take place immediately. Incoming bookings from Airbnb will have the information and details you need. You will also be able to manage the Airbnb price list in the BedBooking application.

To switch from Airbnb and BedBooking integration via iCalendar to native Airbnb integration, follow these steps:

1. Disconnect booking export calendars to Google Calendar that are connected to Airbnb. The Airbnb Help Center has an article How do I sync my Airbnb calendar with another calendar? Read the article to learn where to manage the import of reservations from external calendars that support iCalendar: How do I sync my Airbnb calendar with another calendar?
2. Disconnect booking import calendars from Airbnb for iCalendar integration in the BedBooking application. To do so, click on the iCalendar section in the Integrations tab in the Menu.

Then go to Step 4. Import.

In this section, disconnect Airbnb booking export addresses in iCalendar format from your rooms by clicking the Bin icon next to each of these addresses.
