The integration of BedBooking with Airbnb enables automatic synchronization of the booking calendar and the price list.
Thanks to this solution, reservations from Airbnb will appear directly in the BedBooking calendar.
On the other hand, on Airbnb, your property will only be available on dates that are actually vacant.
Reservations, price list, room configuration in Airbnb - all of these can be managed using only the BedBooking panel.
To start the integration, you need to create an account on Airbnb here and create the listings you want to rent there. Then, in the BedBooking application, go through the Airbnb integration configuration by selecting the appropriate tab in the Menu.
In the AIRBNB - CONFIGURATION section, there are articles that will guide you through this process.
IMPORTANT
There is an Airbnb service fee for software connected hosts - Host-only fee model.
What is it?
The host-only fee of 15% is the only available fee structure to all software-connected hosts on Airbnb globally (excludes US, Canada, Mexico, Uruguay, The Bahamas, Argentina and Taiwan). The entire service fee is deducted from the host payout, and no Airbnb service fee is paid by guests.
If you're already listing on Airbnb and are using the split guest and host service fee model, be aware that you will be migrated to the host only fee model after connecting your Airbnb account via BedBooking.
Existing bookings won’t be affected, but this change will apply to all future bookings made after connecting via BedBooking.
Hosts are able to adjust the prices to keep the final price for guests unchanged. This service fee structure allows you to have a simpler pricing strategy as you are able to set the final price guests will pay.
Keep in mind that it’s important to stay competitive to make the most of the benefits of the new pricing model.
