After choosing BedBooking as your property channel manager, you can only close the rooms using BedBooking application or web application to do so.
To close the rooms, add a new reservation with status UNAVAILABLE to the room you want to close for a given period of time. If you want to close all of the rooms, just copy the unavailable reservation to all of your rooms.
