PRICE MODEL 1:
Maximum/single model
A fixed price is given for the whole room (regardless of the number of people). You can also enter a room price for one person.
PRICE MODEL 2:
Derived pricing model
First, the price for a standard number of people (basic) is set. Next, the rate (offset) expressed in terms of amount or percentage is entered. When the number of people is different than what the standard price specifies, the offset is added or subtracted to / from the standard price. In this price model, only the standard price (basic price) is sent from the BedBooking system to the Booking.com Extranet. The price for the remaining number of people is automatically calculated in Booking.com.
PRICE MODEL 3:
Occupancy-based pricing (OBP) model
The price for every combination of room type, date and number of people is specified. In contrast to the "Derived pricing model", the "offset" rate is not specified based on the standard price. Instead, an absolute amount is given for each number of people.
