What happens with my reservations after activating a connection between BedBooking and Booking.com?

All reservations (from BedBooking or Booking.com) are secure. After the integration is activated:
- reservations aren't deleted or overwritten,
- overbooking don't occur.
This affects all reservations (past and future dates).

The activation of data synchronization between BedBooking and Booking.com causes a data exchange of newly added reservations. All reservations entered before the connection (BedBooking with Booking.com) should be copied manually. This concerns all reservations created for future dates).

Are you a new BedBooking user?
If you haven't manually copied your reservations from Booking.com, select the "Download reservations from Booking.com" option in the synchronization settings (5 steps). As a result, after making a connection, only those reservations starting today or in the future will be downloaded. Completed or ongoing reservations will not be downloaded.
