Please be patient as:
1. Booking.com must inform us about initiating the connection.
2. We have to handle your report manually.
If you have designated BedBooking as "channel manager":
- Friday (afternoon),
- on the weekend (Saturday, Sunday),
- on public holidays,
your report will be handled on the first working day (usually reports submitted on weekends are handled on Monday). We will inform you by e-mail once our work has been completed.
In the case of discrepancies between your e-mail address used on:
a) Booking.com Extranet and
b) BedBooking
you will receive an e-mail requesting you to designate the e-mail used in BedBooking. This information is necessary for integrating your account with Booking.com. If you fail to respond to our e-mail, we won't be able to continue the integration process with Booking.com.
If we don't receive the requested information (e-mail address) from you within 7 days, your integration request will be cancelled.
