How can I change the price model in the Booking.com Extranet?

In order to change the pricing model, please send to us the following information:

1. Your Booking.com Property ID.

2. Pricing model which you want to use in your offer:

* Standard Pricing Model (SPM)

Select this model if you rent entire rooms regardless of the number of people.

* Occupancy-based Pricing (OBP) model

Select this model if your prices depend on the number of people (partial occupancy).

After making changes to the pricing model, we will inform you about it.

Remember to verify the correctness of prices in BedBooking before changing the pricing model.
