Only reservations that have been automatically imported from Booking.com can be automatically cancelled.
If you have copied a reservation from Booking.com to BedBooking prior to setting a manual connection, you must also manually cancel that reservation in the BedBooking system (in the same way as when you did prior to connecting to Booking.com).
Such situations may occur in the transition period. Just after connecting with your accommodation establishment. Longer and uninterrupted use of automatic data synchronization will result in the less frequent occurrence of these situations.
