It should be remembered that users are responsible for booking security. For this reason:
1. We recommend regular synchronization of mobile applications. Why? Using mobile applications offline (without internet access) causes that booking information is stored exclusively locally on the device (bookings are not sent to the BedBooking server). In the case of failure or losing the device (misplacing or theft), we are not able to retrieve bookings which were never sent to the BedBooking server.
2. We recommend monitoring the application's behaviour. In the event of a synchronization error (appropriate notification is provided by the application), you should find out the cause of the problem (error content) and follow the recommendations in order to resolve the problem.
