PROBLEMS WITH THE PURCHASE OF ONE-TIME PREMIUM ACCESS IN BEDBOOKING

1. Draw attention to the validation on the order form. Before making your payment you must:
- fill in all of the required fields,
- select your preferred package and/or additional service,
- select an access period (from 1 to 24 months).

2. If you have selected "direct bank transfer" as your payment method, once payment has been posted on Bed Booking's account:
- Premium access will be loaded to your account,
- you will receive a VAT invoice.

International bank transfers are processed within a couple days.

Has your Premium access expired and your payment still hasn't been processed?
Send us confirmation of payment and we will load your Premium access account for a couple days (until the payment has been processed).
