To add or hide fields in the BedBooking booking form:

Web Application:
1. Open the reservation form.
2. Click on the drawer (icon with a gear in the corner).
3. Mark the selected field (in order to add fields to the form) or Unmark (in order to hide fields on the form).
4. Save your changes.

Android application:
1. Open the reservation form.
2. Click on the drawer (icon with three dots in the upper right hand corner) and select "form configuration".
3. Mark the selected field (in order to add fields to the form) or Unmark (in order to hide fields on the form).
4. Save your changes.

iOS application:
1. Open the reservation form.
2. Click on the drawer (icon with three dots in the upper right hand corner) and select "other fields".
3. Mark the selected field (in order to add fields to the form) or Unmark (in order to hide fields on the form).
4. Save your changes.
