What are the difference between the free access and the Premium accounts?
Free access account:
- a monthly limit on using certain functionalities,
- certain functionalities are unavailable.
Premium account:
- limitless access
- all functionalities are available.

How do the limits on the free access account work?
There is a monthly limit on using certain functionalities with the free access account. The limits are calculated from the moment a given limited functionality is used for the first time.
The limited functionalities have a timer informing of the current number of available uses. The limits are reset every 31 days.
Limited functionalities:
Adding reservations: 6 uses monthly
Editing reservations: 6 uses monthly
Copying reservations: 3 uses monthly
Transferring reservations: 3 uses monthly
Exporting reservations: 3 uses monthly
Message templates: 3 uses monthly

Are my bookings deleted after the Premium package expires?
No. After the Premium account has expired, your account will be switched to the free access mode. All bookings saved in your calendar remain accessible. We don't delete any information from your account.
Can I freely switch between a free access account and a Premium account?
Yes. On BedBooking, payments are made for only the period of time for which you require access to the Premium account.
Do you rent accommodations seasonally?
You can purchase Premium access for only three months a year. For the remaining 9 months, you can use the free access version.
