What can I do if I haven't received a VAT invoice for your Premium purchase.

NO VAT INVOICE FOR THE PURCHASE OF A PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION ON GOOGLE PLAY
If you have purchased a Premium subscription on Google Play, the seller is Google. In order to obtain a VAT invoice from Google, follow the instructions provided at:

NO VAT INVOICE FOR THE PURCHASE OF A PREMIUM SUBSCIPTION ON THE APP STORE
If you have purchased a Premium subscription on the App Store, the seller is Apple. In order to obtain a VAT invoice from Apple, follow the instructions provided at:

1. Go to:

https://reportaproblem.apple.com/

2. Select "Invoices".

3. Find the BedBooking Premium purchase and select "Invoice".

NO VAT INVOICE FOR A ONE-TIME PURCHASE ON BEDBOOKING
If you have purchased Premium access by means of a BedBooking order form, the seller is BedBooking. VAT invoices for Premium purchases are issued and sent (to the e-mail address indicated on the order form) automatically after online payment has been made.

If you have purchased Premium access and your account has been loaded, but you haven't received an invoice:

1. Check your e-mail account inbox that you indicated on the Premium order form.

2. Check your SPAM folder in the indicated e-mail inbox.

3. Send us an e-mail with the following information:
a) your BedBooking username (e-mail address) and
b) information on your order.
This way, we will be able to locate your purchase and clarify the problem with the invoice.

If you have selected direct bank transfer was your method of payment, your VAT invoice will be issued after your payment has been processed. Usually, international bank transfers are processed within a couple of days.
