Refunds for a cancelled purchase of Premium access

Have you made a purchase through a purchase form on a browser (web) app?

1. Send a request to us, with a request for a refund, using the link: Submit a request – BedBooking
2. In the request, provide:

  • information about your payment, such as the payment method, the account to which the Premium was granted,

 

Have you made a purchase through Google Play?

1. Use Google's return procedure: https://support.google.com/googleplay/workflow/9813244?hl=en&sjid=18026046449537256720-EU 

2. Or send us a request, asking for a refund, using the link: Submit a request – BedBooking
3. In the request, provide:

  • Order number (GPA). With your order number (GPA), we will be able to find and refund your payment

Have you made a purchase through the App Store?

1. Use Apple's return procedure:

Unfortunately, Apple does not provide us with the ability to manage user payments. BedBooking does not have visibility into your order history. We do not have the ability to execute payment refunds.
