VAT invoices for purchases of Premium packages are issued and sent (to the e-mail address indicated in the order form) automatically after online payment has been made.
If you have purchased Premium access and your account has been activated, but you haven't received an invoice, you can:
1. Check the inbox of your e-mail account that you indicated on your Premium order form.
2. Check your spam folder in the indicated inbox.
3. Send us an e-mail with the following information:
a) your BedBooking login (e-mail address),
b) information about your order.
This way, we will be able to locate your purchase and clarify the problem with the invoice.
If you chose a direct bank transfer as your payment method, your VAT invoice will be issued after your payment has been posted in our bank account. Usually, international transfers are processed within a couple days.
