What are the consequences of activating a new pricelist?

Before activating a new pricelist, make sure you understand the consequences of this decision:

1. By activating a new pricelist, you will permanently deactivate the previous one.

2. If you activate an incomplete (empty) pricelist, there will be no amounts in it.

3. After the activation of a new pricelist, it is not possible to return to the previous one.

4. You cannot automatically download (import) amounts from a previous pricelist.

5. Is your BedBooking account connected to Booking.com?
If you activate an incomplete (empty) pricelist in BedBooking, you will send an incomplete (empty) pricelist to Booking.com. Dates will be automatically closed on Booking.com.

6. Do you use widgets?
If you activate an incomplete (empty) pricelist, you will disable an option to make bookings (for guests).
