Enabling availability restrictions brings a number of benefits, allowing you to flexibly adapt your offers to different circumstances.
The more restrictions are set, the more offers can be tailored to individual needs. However, it is worth remembering that too restrictive settings may result in limiting the number of potential guests. When accessibility restrictions are enabled, an object will not appear in search results if it does not meet the conditions specified by the restriction.
How do I enable availability restrictions?
To adjust availability restrictions for specific dates, start by turning them on. Go to the Price list settings and then select the "Availability" tab. There, select the specific restrictions you want to adjust. After enabling and saving the restriction, the editing option will appear in the price editing window.
You can enable the following accessibility restrictions:

Basic
Sent to all sales channels (Reservation system, Booking.com and Airbnb)

“Minimum length of stay on the day of arrival”: If a reservation starts on a day with this restriction, its length cannot be shorter than the number of nights entered

“Maximum length of stay on the day of arrival”: If a reservation starts on a day with this restriction, its length cannot be longer than the number of nights entered

“Blocking check-in”: A reservation cannot start on a day with this restriction
- “Blocking check-out”: The reservation cannot end on a date with this restriction

Advanced
Sent to selected sales channels (Reservation system i Booking.com).

“Minimum reservation advance”: If your reservation starts on a date with this restriction, there must be no difference less than the set time between your reservation date and your check-in date

“Maximum reservation advance”: If your reservation starts on a date with this restriction, there must be no difference less than the set time between your reservation date and your check-in date

“Exact length of stay”: If your reservation starts on a day with this restriction, the reservation length must be the exact number of nights entered

“Minimum length of stay”: If any day of your booking has this restriction, your booking cannot be shorter than the number of nights entered
- “Maximum length of stay”: If any day of your booking has this restriction, your booking cannot be longer than the number of nights entered

How to turn off restrictions?
Go to the Price list settings, "Accessibility" tab, and uncheck the button next to the accessibility restriction you want to disable. After saving in the price editing window, the restriction will be disabled and its editing will be removed from the price editing window. Previously set restrictions will still apply.
