BedBooking prices are managed through a Price list, which takes the form of a price grid. Each row corresponds to one room and each column corresponds to the day on which the fixed rates apply. You can edit prices in one room for one day, as well as edit prices in multiple rooms for any selected periods in one go.
Step 1: Go to the "Price list" section in the menu and then click the "Set prices" tab.
Step 2: Click on the field corresponding to the room and day on which you want to edit the prices.
The price grid takes the form of a table with fields corresponding to each room and day. To open the price editing window, click on any grid field. The price editing window will show the prices for the day and room that correspond to the field you clicked, the window allows you to change the dates and rooms in which you make changes.
Step 3: Select the date you want to apply the new prices.
If the desired date does not last one day, but consists of several periods (e.g. the first week of July and the first week of August), you can add several dates by clicking the "Next dates" button. Each appointment must have a start date and an end date.
Step 4: Select the rooms you want to apply the new prices to.
You can change prices in several rooms at once, provided that the rooms have the same capacity and possible number of extra beds.
Step 5: Set the BedBooking prices.
Depending on the personalization of your Price list, the price editing window may have different fields to fill in. To learn more about price personalization options, read the article How to customize and use price personalization options?.
Step 6: Set BedBooking availability restrictions.
Personalizing the BedBooking Price list allows you to add availability restrictions for specific dates. This allows, for example, to block the arrival of guests on specific days without blocking the possibility of continuing the reservation on that date or, for example, setting a minimum length of stay. If you want to learn more about accessibility restrictions, please read the article How to take advantage of availability restrictions?.
