One of the most important elements is the Price list, which plays a key role in the reservation management process. We would like to present you the latest changes we have introduced to our Price list to facilitate and further optimize the management of your property.
New “Commission and Availability” functionality
The new Price list was created to simplify and automate the management of prices and availability between sales channels, such as Airbnb, Booking.com or the BedBooking Reservation System. All you need to do is set the commission amount for Airbnb and Booking.com and then set only BedBooking prices in the Price list. The system will automatically calculate and send prices to the appropriate channels. Additionally, from now on you will be able to set availability restrictions in one place, e.g. the minimum length of stay on the day of arrival, which will be automatically sent to all platforms. This means you no longer have to manually adjust prices and restrictions for each of these places separately. “Commission and availability” will make it easier for you to manage prices and availability between different sales channels, so you can save your time.

Separate prices for Booking.com
We know that many users need flexibility in managing prices for different Sales channels, so now you can set separate prices for Booking.com, giving you full control over how much you want to earn, taking into account the platform's commission. You can freely increase prices on Booking.com using the "Commission and Availability" functionality, thanks to which your offer will always be attractive.
Refreshed and more intuitive look
One of the aspects we decided to address was the design of the price list. We wanted to make using BedBooking even more intuitive and transparent. That's why we introduced a new view that is modern and easier to use. Now you will be able to manage your room prices faster and easier.
One price grid for all sales channels
Another important change is the introduction of one coherent price grid where you will find all prices - those from the BedBooking, Airbnb or Booking.com reservation system. This means that you now have a full view of all prices in one place. You no longer have to jump between tabs to check prices on different Sales channels.
Freedom of Booking.com rate plans
The BedBooking Price list now gains complete flexibility in managing Booking.com rate plans. Each rate plan may have its own prices and its own availability restrictions, which allows for even more precise adjustment of the Price list to current market needs. If you use the "Commission and Availability" functionality, you can set different commission amounts, which allows you to automate the management of multiple plans at once. Now, there is nothing stopping you from boldly experimenting with your offer to optimize your property’s income as much as possible.

Finally, we would like to emphasize that updating the Price list will not affect your existing settings. The new Price list was created to ensure that all your prices and preferences are transferred unchanged and without the need to manually complete them.
